1. Order Processing & Cancellations by Gronao
- We reserve the right, at any time, to cancel an order placed by a User due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Technical or system errors
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or product information errors
- Concerns related to payment, fraud, or misuse
- Operational or logistical issues
- Our decision to cancel an order will be final and binding. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that gronao shall not be held liable for such cancellations, other than processing any applicable refund in line with our policies.
- In some situations, we may reach out to you for:
- Additional verification (identity, address, payment confirmation, etc.), or
- Clarification regarding your order.
- If the required information is not provided, or if the verification is not satisfactory in our sole discretion, we may cancel the order.
If an order is cancelled after your card/wallet/bank account has been charged, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to your bank/payment partner’s processes.
2. Pricing, Errors & Modifications
- While we make every effort to ensure accurate product and price information on the Website, errors may sometimes occur (e.g., typographical mistakes, incorrect data, outdated offers).
- If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details:
- We may contact you for instructions, or
- We may cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.
- We reserve the right to change Product prices, offers, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:- Your location,
- Courier partner constraints,

- We do not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame, but we always strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
4. Order Cancellation by the User
- You may request cancellation of your order by contacting us, subject to the following:
- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may, at our discretion, accept the cancellation and process a refund.
- If your order has already been processed and/or handed over to the courier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return & Refund process instead (if applicable).
- Whether an order is considered “processed” will be determined solely by gronao. By using our Website, you agree that our determination in this regard will be final and not subject to dispute.
- Where a valid cancellation request is accepted:
- The full amount paid (for prepaid orders) will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
5. Bulk Orders & Misuse
- gronao reserves the right to cancel orders that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be “Bulk Orders” or potentially fraudulent, including (but not limited to) the following scenarios:
- Products ordered are reasonably suspected to be for commercial resale and not for personal use.
- Multiple orders for the same product placed to the same address within a short period.
- Large quantities of the same Product ordered in a single or multiple orders.
- Invalid, incomplete, or suspicious shipping details provided.
- Any identified misuse of promotional codes, reward points, offers or system vulnerabilities.
- If such an order is cancelled, any promo code, discount voucher, or reward points used may not be reissued or refunded.

We may update, modify, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior written notice to Users. The most recent version will always be available on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and placement of orders shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
