- We currently deliver only within India (adjust if you plan international delivery).
- Multiple Products in one order may be shipped together or separately depending on stock and logistics.
- If you need delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders.
- Delivery may be made to any person present at the delivery address.
D. Delay in delivery
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If a delay makes the Product unusable for you, you may return it in accordance with the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
E. Order cancellation by User
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to your original payment method or wallet as per your selected option, after successful cancellation.
F. Order confirmation
An order confirmation email or SMS does not mean final acceptance. We reserve the right, after notifying you, to:
- Limit quantities;
- Decline or cancel orders; or
- Refuse service to any User.

12. PRICING & PROMOTIONS
A. Price changes & errors
Prices, offers, and availability can change without notice. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details:
- We may cancel the order (unless dispatched);
- We may contact you for instructions; or
- We may correct the price and seek your confirmation before proceeding.
If we cancel an order after payment is made, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
B. Discounts & promo codes
Promotional codes and discounts:

- May not be reissued/refunded if an order using a promo code is cancelled.
For bank or card-based cashbacks, the terms of the respective bank or card issuer will also apply.

If you use stolen or unauthorized payment details, we and our banking partners reserve the right to:
- Recover costs;
- Initiate legal proceedings; and
- Notify relevant authorities.
16. COMMUNICATION

25. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, government actions, riots, or cyber-attacks. During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
26. NO WAIVER
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the User Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
27. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under the User Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to any third-party without prior notice to you.
28. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of the User Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
29. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
The User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the User Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive or non-exclusive (choose one) jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
